11/22/2010 11:17:10 PM Mesa Tactical works off an Endine Buffer that has been around for over 30 years and the orgininal ones are still working. The SpecOps works off two springs and the main one can jump the pin in the receiver mount. There are no user repair parts so the stock is then FUBAR and good luck getting one from Black Hawk. Knoxx made a good product, damn shame who they sold it to.

The transistion of the recoil to the rear and back is smoother with the Mesa Tactical w/Endine Buffer. The Mesa Tactical will last the life of the weapon. I can not say that for the SpecOps.

LT RCO mount along with an LT707 flashlight mount. I’m hoping that the offset version (similar to the Scoutlight offset mount) Mfingar alluded to will be arriving sooner rather than later.

Scope mount:I don’t like the Larue Tactical 11″ quad-rail that came with the 16″ Stealth upper. While a most excellently made device, I just don’t use most of the rail. It seems too heavy and with the plastic protectors, too large in diameter.

I really like something like Daniel Defense MFR 12.0 concept, except I want to keep it at 11″ in length.
